Righting regarding state violation and fraud and discrimination experience

Is hard to prove it what’s going on with state and police department and DMV

Last time I change insurance company, insurance company not file fs1 form

Effect NJ police department impound car and I got a court trial Hire attorney and loose money because DMV fault

The member service post and report to DMV Raleigh and submitted fs1 form and fs4 form

When I visited AAA local office they told me they file fs1 form and fs4 form but some reason state DMV not receive

DMV Raleigh refused when I call & said they not received fs1-4 from AAA (the member service) it’s cause me in trouble. State blaming AAA & AAA blaming state DMV

Why should I got trouble I paid month to month amount to insurance company

Why I have to pay impound cost 325 +189 court fee and 5000 $ to attorney (325+189+500) =1114

I do not have a job since May 2010

I apply for transportation at social service in charlotte on november2011 and they told me verbally I got transportation insurance  for low income as is me and they will pay to my current insurance company 3 month payment so you do not have to pay for November, December and January

I talk with All state they have to sign up Form -9 and they refused to sign at time I think they call state dmv and ask for information

I go back to social service and reported my insurance company refused to sign form -9 they said legally they can not sign up

Social; service associate said is fine they will pay my insurance and you will receiving mail from us

At the time I think they call state dmv or before approval they call state dmv and then they will decided that I am eligible for transportation program

Make me fool is violation is cause me to pay money for lapse$ 50.00

Stop violation and discrimination please, It’s not fair to given hard time innocent person

Any accident case I am not in fault but police department charge overseas people in fault and protecting white people and black people and like I am (Asian) us citizen they wrote against me and cause me to pay extra money in insurance

Might be I pay 400 about for six month & I paying 1100 dollar per six month it’s not fair

Last 11 year I paid extra because police department and court wrong decision and charge innocent in trouble

i bought car for 2200 and i paid $299 fee +58 tax+registration other charge= 2633

social service unorganized transportation service

I am hemal shah Wrighting regarding abuse and discriminated by state and state worker employeestate worker employee has to be organize about their job if they not organize then it come to innocent person is huge trouble.here story about social service :new program i join with social service transportation program acccording to them i am quilified for program and i can spend $500 for car repair and also two month auto insurance they will pay social service given one form that i have to present to my insurance co all statei visited all state all state to fill out form and report me thy cannot file legal form is against law they print copy and told me to refuse (denied) will cover me for two month copy i have to mail or personaly drorp in social serviice officeat the time all state not ask for payment and said you fine they will cover me for two month blind trustnovember payment i paid in office new social service ayment i donot have to pay for december and january december 23 i visited social service office person who sign up program she discuss about car repair i told her cost 939 $and only 500 dollaer social service maximum cover so i do not like to repair,i present my job record work sheet jauary end i recieve statement to pay 79.91 and i did not contactall state but i visited in february first week in social service person not present who's ever sign up for me i recieverd mail from state dmv about unpaid Auto insurance i am shocked i visit allstate officereport they said they can not file legal form and they not get anypayment from me or social service ithen complain then who's responsible for this all state not report and social service also not reported to me All sate assciate said you have to check with social service transportation allstate ot recieve aalll meny payment then cov i erage is dicline (suspend insurance)they told me to check with them they not getit any responce from social service i ask for proof to wrigh on paper why social service not paid and why both or one of party not contact me !i need proof which month not paid they print copy for me ,she look like nurves i visited social service i explaine denise ....she told me other associate who 's sign up for me she is not here !denise told me she can collect copy and when se will coming in office on 02-09-2012 then she will going to call me i requesting to state i am innocent and i do not like to return my licence plate to dmvii know if i return plate and when my insurence start then for new plate i have to pay $100 plus29 for plate sticker please disregard this if you cvan't help innocenti like to fix this problem i like to know why social service transportation not call me !why the associate is not their after she sign up me !
